Relaxation & Meditation Group (meets weekly on Mondays & Thursdays)
Experience various types of relaxation and meditation techniques to help calm and relax the mind and body. No experience necessary to participate. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. This drop-in group is open to all students, faculty, and staff. Attend as many sessions as you want!
Meets weekly 3-4pm on Mondays & Thursdays in Whitlock Bldg Room 568
