Therapy groups provide benefits different from individual therapy: a space to connect with others, learn strategies to address the group's common theme, and a safe space to share about life challenges.
Drop-in Support Groups provide an affirming and safe space for students who have similar life experiences or shared identities.
Feel Better Fasts are psychoeducational workshops that teach coping strategies to address our emotions so that we can thrive-even under stress!
