Motivation, Goal Setting, and Test Anxiety When we are stressed, it can hard to operate at our best. When we are stressed and then have to complete tasks that will be graded or evaluated, it can feel impossible to be our best. This workshop focuses on ways to improve test anxiety, improving personal motivation for the things that need to get done, as well as how to set effective and attainable goals.
Organization and Action This organization and planning module of the Peak Performance series will be aimed to help establish a routine with managing your day.  We will work to establish a daily schedule to help you plan and prioritize your day.  Additionally, we will brainstorm ways to increase your motivation and make it easier to initiate tasks, while hopefully making your day more enjoyable.
